Mr. Hartz is the CEO of TaaSERA, the leader in real-time Advanced Malware Behavior Detection. As a recognized pioneer in leading transformational business solutions for Fortune 500 global enterprises, Hartz brings more than 40 years of strategy and technology consulting to TaaSERA. His career in management consulting began in 1970 with Price Waterhouse and PricewaterhouseCoopers, which served more than 50 percent of Fortune 500 enterprises worldwide, as well as numerous smaller business organizations and governmental units throughout the world.
From 1995 to 2002, while CEO of PwC Consulting, Hartz led the company’s growth to a $6 billion enterprise with a global leadership position serving multi-national companies in corporate transformation, e-business and e-markets, supply chain services, CRM, and enterprise resource planning. Since 2002, he has served as CEO of The Hartz Group, an IT and technology consulting firm. Hartz has also served on The Wharton School Graduate Board and Lehigh University Business School Advisory Board. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Richard Stanton is General Counsel for TaaSERA, Inc. He has advised clients on a variety of issues, including appropriations, education, Homeland Security, defense, tax, transportation, energy, Indian and insular/US territory affairs. With more than 20 years of law and government affairs experience gained from serving in the executive, legislative and judicial branches in federal, state and territorial governments, and previously as a partner in a national law firm, Stanton brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge to TaaSERA's executive team.
Mr. Ortiz brings over 20 years of experience in technology, business, and government to TaaSERA. During his career, he has provided strategic direction to organizations seeking to execute complex commercial and government transactions around the world. Previously, Ortiz served as Vice President of Global Public Sector Strategy and Business Development at Siebel Systems, Inc., and in various global leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. While at PwC Consulting, he led the government and executive affairs effort for the Office of the CEO and was responsible for the global business relationship with Microsoft. In this role, he secured over $2 billion in go-to-market commitments for PwC Consulting, which was one of the world’s largest consulting organizations of its time with over $6 billion in global revenue and more than 35,000 consultants in 70 countries serving more than half the Fortune Global 500 largest public companies.
